Homomorphic Encryption
A form of encryption that permits users to perform computations on its encrypted data without first decrypting it.
This is the "Holy Grail" for medical and privacy-sensitive data. TUC uses it to allow AI models to train on encrypted patient records. The AI learns from the data, but never actually "sees" the data, remaining 100% HIPAA compliant.
